IMPORTANT NOTICE - Who This Work Is For and Not For
Somatic Emotion Release (SER) sessions are gentle, educational, and supportive experiences designed for generally well individuals who want to release everyday stress, anxiety, or stored emotions in a safe container.
These sessions are not psychotherapy, trauma therapy, or medical treatment.
Hence, these sessions are NOT SUITABLE not for people who:
Have been diagnosed with PTSD, complex PTSD, dissociative disorders, or severe mental health conditions;
Are currently experiencing active suicidal ideation, psychosis, or psychiatric crises;
Have experienced recent or unresolved severe trauma that still feels overwhelming;
If any of the above apply to you, I care deeply about your safety and kindly ask that you work with a qualified mental-health professional or trauma-trained therapist (e.g., Somatic Experiencing practitioner, clinical psychologist, or psychiatrist) before considering this work.
By booking, you confirm that you are in a stable place emotionally and mentally and take full responsibility for your well-being during and after the session.
